- Food items and consumables that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing

- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.
- For Cash on Pickup orders, refunds are issued in cash or via an agreed digital wallet.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to arrange for a replacement if available. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund according to this policy.
Limitations
- Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases, sale items, or products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Opened food or wellness products may not be returned unless proven defective.
